1. 服务说明1. The Service

MathCore(数学核,下称"本服务")是面向数学教师的 AI 备课与教学管理平台,功能包括 AI 解题、试卷导入与题库管理、学生档案(批改 / 学情 / 目标)、排课表与云作业发布等。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款。MathCore (the "Service") is an AI-powered lesson-preparation and teaching-management platform for math teachers, including AI problem solving, exam-paper import and question banks, student profiles (grading / progress / goals), scheduling and cloud homework publishing. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. 账户2. Accounts

本服务通过邮箱验证码登录。你须提供真实有效的邮箱,并对该邮箱下发生的操作负责。请勿与他人共享登录态。You sign in with an email verification code. Provide a valid email you control and keep your session secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. 订阅、付款与用量3. Subscriptions, Payments & Usage

• 付费套餐由我们的合作记录商户(如 Lemon Squeezy)作为交易卖方销售并收款;订单、发票与退款均经其处理。Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record (e.g. Lemon Squeezy), which acts as the seller of record and processes orders, invoices and refunds.
• 各档位的 AI 用量以「5 小时窗口 + 每周窗口」两条用量条计,窗口容量与价格见套餐页;窗口满后等待重置。AI usage on each plan is governed by two usage windows (a rolling 5-hour window and a weekly window) shown as progress bars; when a window is full, usage resumes after reset.
• 公平使用:自动化脚本刷量、转售额度、绕过限额等行为可能触发限流或终止服务。Fair use: automated abuse, resale of quota or circumventing limits may result in throttling or termination.
• 退款规则见退款政策。Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. AI 生成内容免责4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI 解答、批改与分析由大语言模型生成,可能包含错误,仅作为教学参考,不构成任何教育、考试或升学建议。在用于教学或发给学生前,请务必自行复核。我们不对 AI 输出的准确性、完整性作出保证。AI solutions, grading and analyses are generated by large language models and may contain errors. They are references only, not educational or examination advice. Always verify before teaching or sharing with students. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI output.

5. 你的数据与备份责任5. Your Data & Backup Responsibility

题库、学生档案、录音等教学数据默认保存在你自己浏览器的本地存储中,不在我们的服务器上;清除浏览器数据会导致其丢失。请使用「导出备份」定期备份。你对你输入的内容(含学生信息)拥有权利并承担合规责任,请确保已获得必要的同意。Question banks, student profiles, recordings and other teaching data are stored locally in your own browser by default, not on our servers; clearing browser data will erase them. Use "Export Backup" regularly. You own and are responsible for the content you input (including student information) and for obtaining any necessary consents.

6. 可接受使用6. Acceptable Use

• 不得将本服务用于违法用途或生成违法内容;No unlawful use or generation of unlawful content;
• 不得逆向工程、爬取、批量抓取或干扰服务运行;No reverse engineering, scraping or interference with the Service;
• 不得转售、共享账号或绕过用量限制。No account resale, sharing or circumvention of usage limits.

7. 知识产权7. Intellectual Property

本服务的软件、界面与品牌归我们所有;你的教学内容归你所有。你在「视频讲解」等功能中上传的内容,授予我们为提供服务所必需的存储与分发许可。The Service's software, interface and brand belong to us; your teaching content belongs to you. For features such as video explanations, you grant us the license needed to store and deliver your content as part of the Service.

8. 变更与终止8. Changes & Termination

我们可能调整功能或本条款(重大变更会在站内提示);你可随时停止使用并导出数据。对严重违反条款的账户,我们可暂停或终止服务。We may update the Service or these Terms (material changes will be announced in-app); you may stop using the Service and export your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms.

9. 责任限制9. Limitation of Liability

本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对间接损失负责;我们的累计责任以你过去 12 个月实际支付的费用为上限。The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.
