1. 我们处理哪些信息1. What We Process

账户Account	登录邮箱 — 用于验证码登录与账户识别。Login email — for verification-code sign-in and account identification.
AI 请求内容AI request content	你主动提交的题目文本 / 图片 — 转发给 AI 模型服务商以完成解答,不用于我们的模型训练。Problem text/images you actively submit — forwarded to our AI model provider to produce the answer; not used by us for model training.
用量数据Usage data	调用次数与时间 — 用于用量窗口计算与防滥用。Call counts and timestamps — for usage windows and abuse prevention.
云作业Cloud homework	你选择发布的题目内容 — 存入我们的数据库,供持作业码的学生访问。Questions you choose to publish — stored in our database so students with the code can access them.
支付信息Payment info	由记录商户(如 Lemon Squeezy)独立收集处理;我们不接触你的卡号或钱包账号。Collected and processed independently by our merchant of record (e.g. Lemon Squeezy); we never see your card or wallet details.

2. 保存在你本地的数据2. Data Stored Locally

题库、学生档案、批改记录、课堂录音、排课表等教学数据保存在你浏览器的 localStorage 与 IndexedDB 中,不会上传到我们的服务器(你主动发布云作业的内容除外)。这意味着:换设备需要「导出备份 / 导入备份」;清除浏览器数据会删除它们;我们也无法替你找回。Question banks, student profiles, grading records, class recordings and schedules are stored in your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB and are not uploaded to our servers (except content you actively publish as cloud homework). This means: use Export/Import Backup to move devices; clearing browser data erases them; we cannot recover them for you.

我们使用浏览器本地存储保存登录态、界面偏好(主题、侧栏宽度等)与上述教学数据;不使用第三方广告或跟踪 Cookie。We use browser storage for your session, interface preferences (theme, sidebar width, etc.) and the teaching data above. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. 与谁共享4. Sharing

• AI 模型服务商 — 仅为完成你发起的解答请求;AI model providers — solely to fulfil requests you initiate;
• 记录商户(支付)与邮件服务商(发送验证码);Our merchant of record (payments) and email provider (verification codes);
• 法律要求时的合规披露。除此之外,我们不出售、不出租你的个人信息。Disclosures required by law. Beyond this, we do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. 保留与删除5. Retention & Deletion

本地数据由你完全掌控,可随时导出或清除。已发布的云作业可在应用内删除;要求删除账户及服务器侧记录,请通过第 8 条方式联系我们。Local data is fully under your control — export or erase it at any time. Published homework can be deleted in-app; to delete your account and server-side records, contact us as described in Section 8.

6. 安全6. Security

全站 HTTPS;登录采用签名令牌;AI 密钥只存于服务端环境变量,前端零密钥。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全,请为重要教学数据保留导出备份。HTTPS everywhere; signed session tokens; AI credentials live only in server-side environment variables — none in the browser. No system is perfectly secure, so keep exported backups of important data.

7. 儿童隐私7. Children's Privacy

本服务面向教师(成年人)。学生端仅在教师或家长安排下用于完成作业;请勿让儿童独立注册使用。The Service is intended for teachers (adults). The student view is used by students only under a teacher's or parent's direction; children should not register independently.
