1. 14 天退款保证1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

自首次付费之日起 14 天内,若你当期的 AI 用量未超过所购档位每周窗口的 20%,可申请全额退款,无需说明理由。Within 14 days of your first purchase, if your AI usage in the period is below 20% of your plan's weekly window, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

2. 续费与年付2. Renewals & Annual Plans

续费扣款后 7 天内且当期未使用,可申请该期全额退款;A renewal charge can be fully refunded within 7 days if the new period is unused;
年付套餐 14 天内同第 1 条;超过 14 天可与我们协商按未使用的整月比例退还。Annual plans follow Section 1 within 14 days; afterwards, contact us to discuss a pro-rata refund for unused full months.

找到订单邮件里的订单号(由我们的记录商户 Lemon Squeezy 发出);Find your order number in the receipt email (sent by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy);
通过下方联系方式发来订单号与购买邮箱;Send us the order number and purchase email via the contact below;
审核通过后经原支付渠道退回,一般 3–10 个工作日到账。Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days.

4. 不适用的情形4. Exclusions

当期已大量使用(超过每周窗口 20%)后的"无理由"退款;"No-questions" refunds after heavy usage (over 20% of the weekly window) in the period;
因违反服务条款(刷量、转售等)被终止的账户;Accounts terminated for breaching the Terms (abuse, resale, etc.);
超出上述时限的历史账期。Past billing periods outside the windows above.
